A Poem about Work

This manager is pretty annoying
She always embarrasses her agents;
Don't know how to do constructive criticism;
Selfish and ignorant of what other's feel
Read the script while coaching,
Just like a puppet maneuvered by the top.
I wondered why she got that post;
She really needs training for interpersonal
Sometimes childish and very unfair;
She only accommodates her favorite agents.
Luckily, we'll change our team manager.
Next year will be a new beginning as well.
I can't work with this kind of environment;
Though my mom told me I'd get along.
Well, it's too much for me to just ignore.
Every day I feel so lazy going to work,
I don't like to go "overtime" anymore.
At this point in my life;
I just wanna lay down and relax
Think of the best career I should go.
